About the role

Join Coalesce Sales Incorporated' as a Sales Manager (Construction Industry) and lead a high-performing sales team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium glass and aluminum products to both commercial and residential customers. With a strategic focus on meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, you will collaborate closely with your team to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve challenging sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, contractors, and property developers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns
  • Analyse sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to close deals and resolve customer issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must have Sales Experience in the construction industry
  • Preferably can drive manual cars
