We're looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to build and guide a team of Property Specialists while driving strong results in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and lead sales operations at South Forbes, Silang, Cavite
  • Plan and implement sales activities such as site events, digital promotions, and open houses
  • Mentor and motivate Property Specialists to achieve and exceed their sales goals
  • Keep at least 50% of your team actively performing and productive
  • Assist clients throughout their buying process with confidence and professionalism
  • Monitor performance, track reports, and ensure smooth sales flow
  • Recruit, train, and empower new members to build a strong sales force
  • Participate in company events, sales rallies, and trainings

What We're Looking For

Graduate of any four-year course

3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate or leadership roles)

Strong communication and people management skills

Willing to work on weekends and holidays when needed

Knows basic MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Willing to be assigned at South Forbes, Silang, Cavite
