About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our local clients. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to 27K, with the potential to earn up to an additional 40K in performance-based incentives.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate information and solutions to customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
