About the role
AUXILIA INC' is seeking an enthusiastic Voice Account* CSR AGENT* WFH - SET UP to join their team. This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering the opportunity to work from home. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through timely and effective communication.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving queries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
- Providing product or service information to customers and assisting with purchases or account-related tasks
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and professional experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology to gather, record, and process information
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
