Customer Service Representative (CSR) – IT Park, Cebu City

A leading provider of contact center services is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in IT Park, Cebu City. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic group supporting clients in the healthcare industry, helping to deliver excellent customer service and support.

This is a full-time, office-based position with incentives of up to ₱35,000.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Answering inbound calls and providing timely, professional assistance
  • Resolving customer concerns and inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Logging interactions and ensuring proper follow-up
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service

What We're Looking For:
  • No prior experience required — fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools
  • Willingness to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
