Preferably graduate of Business course or Political Science.
Implements the administrative policy of the company, code on proper conduct and discipline for all employees. Prepares administrative reports and memorandums.
Policy Enforcement 1.) Implements Company Policy and Code of Proper Conduct and Discipline of Employees and proposes Rules and Regulation as deemed necessary in the project;
2.) Exercises administrative control over all staff and workers assigned at the project;
3.) Prepares reports, internal and external memos and letters as require by Administrative Officer, Project-in-Charge or Project Manager; Permits and Clearance acquisition
4.) Assists PAO in Facilitating acquisition of construction permits and clearances; Employee Services
5.) Coordinates with HRD matters pertaining to compensation and benefits, personnel movements, training and development; Community Relations
6.) Coordinates with leaders of nearby communities affected by the construction activities; Administration
7.) Assist and monitors project timekeeping procedures, warehousing operations, site safety and security, clinic and canteen operation;
8.) Assist PAO in processing of payment of utilities such as power, water and telephone billings; Housekeeping
9.) Monitors the housekeeping at the site office and job site; and Others
10.) Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
