We're Hiring: Admin / Center Assistant

Location: B5 Bonifacio High Street East, BGC Taguig

Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday–Saturday, with 1 weekday off) | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)

Kidscelence Activity Corporation is looking for a dedicated Admin / Center Assistant who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations of our center. This position supports administrative tasks, assists in child care, helps maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and provides frontline customer service to families.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

  • Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean and organized throughout the day
  • Assist teachers in preparing and resetting classrooms for classes and events
  • Help prepare and distribute materials, kits, and supplies

Child & Parent Support

  • Assist children during toilet breaks while ensuring safety and comfort
  • Greet and assist families during drop-off and pick-up
  • Provide professional and friendly support to parents and walk-in clients

Administration & Customer Service

  • Handle inquiries via phone, text, and online platforms
  • Perform clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, and inventory tracking
  • Record attendance, update student schedules, and coordinate with parents and teachers
  • Assist with communication materials, announcements, and reports
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, record transactions, and manage petty cash

Qualifications
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in admin and/or center support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy in handling cash and documents
  • Willing to work onsite, 5 days a week (Monday–Saturday, with 1 weekday off), 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, in BGC
