Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align business strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup (reporting to Makati office as required).
- Staffing/Recruitment industry experience is a plus but not required.
