Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building a strong client base. This role involves nurturing client relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful onboarding of new partners. The specialist works to grow sales pipelines while contributing to overall business expansion and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and manage potential clients to ensure a robust and growing sales pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate.
- Field sales/B2B experience required; telesales experience is a plus.
- Hybrid work setup.
- Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
- Preferably owns a car/vehicle.

Performance Commitment:

Lead Generation Volume: Generate and qualify at least 30 leads per month.

Field Day Activities: Conduct field day activities twice a week, engaging at least 2 potential clients per session.

- Pipeline Engagement: Maintain at least 3 touchpoints per lead in the sales pipeline monthly.
- Sales Pipeline Growth: Achieve 20% quarterly growth in the sales pipeline by adding high-quality leads.
- Contract Negotiation Success: Achieve ≥60% success rate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and strong partnerships, independently or with managerial support.
