JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Preferable graduate of Business, Management, Marketing, and IT related courses;
with 5 years' work experience in similar capacity of which 2 years in a Account Specialist position,
Highly organize,
can deal with all levels of organization, self-driven, responsible and with good communication skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and control account and product specialists to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales target and to ensure they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales target.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential resellers to achieve and/or increase sales.
Plan and secure approval of annual marketing plan and acceptable annual sales target, monitor the performance of account and product specialist and take remedial action where necessary to ensure sales targets are met.
Monitor and control marketing funds provided by the principal to ensure that all activities are properly funded to achieve set objectives.
Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive advantage.
Maintain regular contact with other departments to achieve approved marketing plan and sales target.
Provide the main source of expertise to the company on business development.
Provide assistance in the risk assessment of new products and services.
10. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
