Job description:

We are looking for a Finance Associate to handle collections, budget tracking, cash flow monitoring, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections, follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments, and ensure timely collection
  • Maintain an updated record of accounts receivable and aging reports
  • Resolve billing and payment disputes
  • Budget tracking and cash flow monitoring
  • Prepare collection, budget, and cash flow reports
  • Assist in audits, document financial records, and support internal controls.
  • Work with internal teams to streamline financial processes, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in collections, budgeting, or cash flow management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & accounting software
  • Keen attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
