Job Purpose

Responsible for the preparation of various accounting / financial reports and assist in the area of accounting processes and systems.

Detailed Description of Job Duties

Accounting:

  • Process Cash Advance, Reimbursement and Replenishment of Petty Cash Fund and Agents Incentive Fund of branches and employees in MFCIS and Netsuite.
  • Checks liquidation of advances by officers and employees with all the supporting documents.
  • Prepares monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepares monthly Summary of Releases and Collection Report.
  • Prepares other financial reports needed for Monthly Financial Statements such as:
  • Insurance and Prepaid expenses Report
  • Recommendation for Provision and Reversal of allowances report for all products
  • Depreciation and Amortization of Property, Plant & Equipment Report
  • Prepares Performance Report per branch and per product.
  • Does E-Filing for BIR payment of EWT- Expanded (monthly, quarterly and annually), EWT- Compensation and DST.
  • Conduct scheduled audit in different branches.
  • Prepares schedules for annual audit and files working paper.
  • Filing management.
  • PCF and AIF
  • List of OR's and attachments
  • Check disbursements and attachments
  • Loans Disbursement Vouchers and Individual Loan Statements of borrowers
  • Bank statements and cancelled checks

Administrative:

  • Review all payment request made by admin assistant thru MFCIS before approval of AM-Accounting.
