Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Full-Cycle Recruitment – BPO)

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various BPO roles — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — ensuring we hire top talent that aligns with our company culture and client needs.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in building a strong workforce for both voice and non-voice U.S. campaigns. You must be target-driven, resourceful, and passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Sourcing: Proactively attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, job fairs, referrals, and partnerships with universities or training centers.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates' communication skills and job fit, and endorse qualified applicants to hiring managers.
  • Coordination: Schedule and facilitate client interviews, assessments, and final evaluations.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, HR, and training teams to forecast hiring needs and meet manpower requirements.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Assist in employer branding efforts by creating engaging job posts, participating in recruitment events, and promoting company culture on social media.
  • Reports & Analytics: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire to continuously improve the process.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Officer, or similar role in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, particularly for U.S. campaigns, voice/non-voice accounts, and support roles.
  • Tools & Systems:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook Ads, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Skilled in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working with daily and weekly hiring targets in a fast-paced BPO setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Work Setup: This role requires on-site work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
