JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Achievement of sales targets as discussed and assigned.
  • Management and development of existing customer base and closing of new business opportunities.
  • Customer mapping based on assigned customer segment.
  • Establish cooperation and communication with agents to coordinate FOB sales opportunities in timely manner.
  • Assists on space requests with BU.
  • Secure new accounts in line with the assigned sales target/allocation.
  • Formulate and implement strategies with the assigned customer segment based on agreed parameters with immediate superior and management.
  • Reports market activities of competition with management and commercial/principal alike.
  • Conduct daily sales call visits (minimum 6 accounts per day) and telemarketing activities as per set parameters by the company.
  • Timely update of reports (DSR/Cargo forecast/Market Competition/Challenges & Opportunities, PIERS, and other reports which management and principal will require).
  • Harness good customer relationship vital to sales development and company profitability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in any major course related in business.
  • Minimum of 2-year related experience in Shipping or Forwarding industry.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
  • Customer oriented, proactive with a commercial view and self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative.
