Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant located in Metro Manila. The Real Estate Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, communication with clients, customer service, and organization tasks. Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, responding to client inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Exceptional Organization skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in real estate or administration are advantageous
