Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Eastern
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to provide critical support to a busy real estate business. In this role, you'll handle scheduling, transaction coordination, client communication, and marketing tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with a successful real estate professional, you'll play an important part in keeping the business organized, efficient, and client-focused.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings with clients and other agents.

  • Manage transaction details and update broker systems for commission tracking.

  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including newsletters and email campaigns.

  • Handle client communication via phone, text, and email as needed.

  • Maintain an organized client database and follow-up systems.

  • Support listing and buyer transaction processes.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.


Requirements
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry.

  • Experience supporting successful real estate agents or brokers.

  • Strong phone communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and transaction management tools.

  • Basic graphic design skills for creating marketing materials.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.

  • Proactive communication style with strong problem-solving abilities.
