Job Description:

  • Graduate of Marketing or any Business-related course
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Proven experience in a retail sales, sales representative, or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Familiarity with customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented personality
  • Ability to perform under pressure and resolve complaints in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer needs and provide relevant assistance and product information
  • Welcome customers and respond to their inquiries
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Go the extra mile to drive sales and meet targets
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers
  • Manage assigned sales territory and follow a structured selling process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php14,000.00 per month
