About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. in General Santos City, South Cotabato. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will determine maintenance needs of facility equipment, arrange for storage of materials and equipment used in work, and implement maintenance and grounds management systems to avoid delays and long hour breakdown on equipment that affects to production. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to assure the efficiency output of the equipment and prevent downtime on productions.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all maintenance activities are coordinated and aligned with production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineer or any related Course.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance best practices for a variety of agricultural equipment and machinery
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
