Presales Engineer

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines TP-Link Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for all TP-Link products, including setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver proof of concept (PoC) presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Assist the Enterprise Business Unit with product demonstrations and orientations to enhance client understanding.
  • Collect and consolidate technical information for RFI/RFQ processes as part of pre-sales support.
  • Coordinate and communicate technical updates, solutions, and requirements with Sales Managers.
  • Conduct training sessions, product demos, and orientations for both existing and new TP-Link products.
  • Support clients during on-site testing and respond to technical inquiries in the field.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and TP-Link VIP support for escalated issues or product concerns.
  • Collaborate with the broader TP-Link technical support team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience of technical work experience in the IT industry, experience in Telco providers will be preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of SOHO and SMB networking products
  • Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Broad understanding of Wi-Fi technologies and peripherals (AP, Wireless controllers, range extenders, Mesh)
  • Solid fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Must be well-informed of in-depth of Wi-Fi technologies and peripherals (AP, Wireless controllers, range extenders, Mesh)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) and nearby areas.
