Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions across voice, applications, and networking
• Lead technical scoping, solution design, and provisioning of tailored solutions
• Conduct and facilitate technical presentations, solution walk-throughs, and POC sessions with the technical team
• Generate BOMs, network diagrams, and system designs
• Provide cost-effective solution recommendations, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare and review project bidding documents (TOR, RFI, RFP)
• Develop technical documentation and product write-ups for proposals
• Attend client meetings and bidding events to gather requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for support and pricing
• Coordinate with Post-Sales and Project Implementation teams for knowledge transfer
• Participate in internal project turnover meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Systems Engineering (IT or Telecommunications preferred)
• Strong background in designing enterprise IT solutions including network infrastructure, voice, and applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in technical documentation and proposal development
• Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet) a plus

Overview:

• The Pre-Sales Engineer provides technical expertise to support the sales process, including customer needs assessment, product demonstrations, and technical Q&A

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoints, data loss prevention, cloud technologies
• Excellent presentation and ability to conduct demos, POCs, design, implementation and support
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred
