Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (internships or entry-level roles considered).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
