Job Summary:

The Recruitment Associate will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruitment plans.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking tools and generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

Pre-Employment Processing: Collect and verify pre-employment requirements and ensure timely and complete submission for processing.

201 File Management: Organize, maintain, and update 201 files to ensure all employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with HR standards.

HR Programs Participation: Actively participate in HR-initiated programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, training programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, to contribute to overall HR goals and enhance the employee experience.

Other Duties: Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques,and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • * Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and otherrecruitment tools.
