Job Summary

The Recruitment Associate will be in-charge of sourcing, screening and selecting top talents to support the growth and success of U-BIX Corporation. He/She will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various departments and levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals and direct outreach
  • Screening and shortlisting applications to identify the best-fit candidates for each role
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, assessments and reference checks
  • Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining detailed records and reporting on recruitment metrics
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in recruitment but we are open to fresh graduates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Sound judgement and decision-making abilities to identify top talent
  • Strong research and analytical skills to source the right candidates
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • A collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
