Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our manpower agency. The role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process—sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates to meet client requirements. This position plays a vital role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to deliver quality manpower solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the database.
  • Assist in job postings and ensure timely updates across all platforms.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract qualified applicants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Officer/Manager to meet client requirements and placement targets.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online job portals and social media recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
