Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the IT infrastructure construction of Rep office, including network, video surveillance, access control, printing services, telephone, conference services and other system installation and commissioning
  • Responsible for conference failure analysis and upgrade, on-site major conference support
  • Responsible for server room and network audio inspection, according to the management requirements of the server room, regular inspection management of the server room and conference room
  • Desktop services: OS and software installation , including operating system, network configuration, browser, Office and other standard desktop tool software and driver installation services, and data backup and recovery services
  • Various account password services, guide employees to apply for, modify various IT accounts, BIOS passwords, etc. Provide local maintenance service ITSM records and management, monitor service quality, and satisfaction management

Professional Qualification

  • Proficient in TCP / IP protocol, solid basic knowledge, familiar with network security; familiar with the deployment, use and maintenance of various network equipment;
  • Familiar with network equipment such as routers, switches, and load balancing; with network maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities;
  • Familiar with network monitoring, operation and maintenance skills, quickly locate and solve network faults
  • Familiar with systems and equipment such as monitoring, printing, access control, conference audio and video, etc.
  • Strong learning ability, careful and responsible for work

Professional knowledge requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, in IT/Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication /Computer Science or relevant major from a recognized University.
  • HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage.
