Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project delivery, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a blend of relationship management, project oversight, and business acumen to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Manage accounts by overseeing project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with project and delivery managers to ensure successful project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Oversee and support contract management activities, including Statements of Work (SOW), Master Agreements (MA), MITA, and other client agreements.
  • Coordinate and present project updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of IT project delivery, either as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
  • Experience with various project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong contract management skills, including drafting, reviewing, and managing SOWs, MAs, and MITAs.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
