Work Schedule: 8AM-5PM EST (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end multi-touch demand generation campaigns. You'll work closely with U.S.-based sales and marketing leaders to drive revenue growth, optimize campaigns, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for new business and client expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and creative teams
  • Manage budgets, test campaigns, and optimize for ROI
  • Build dashboards and report KPIs (pipeline, CTR, CPL, ROI)
  • Advise leadership on campaign strategy and channel mix

Qualifications

  • 6–9 years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in campaign/demand generation
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, RollWorks/Demandbase/6sense, and ABM tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ROI modeling experience
  • Native-level English; understanding of U.S. B2B buying cycle
  • Available to work partially or fully in U.S. Eastern hours
