SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Supply and installation of natural stone products to residential and commercial projects, buildings, hotels, developers, contractors, and builders

REPORTS TO : SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and surpass Sales targets consistently
  • Client Management which includes client prospecting and visits, relationship building, sales growth and development, and implementation of sales generating activities
  • Attends jobsite meetings and conducts product presentations
  • Provides Sales Reports religiously
  • Generates market information such as new market demands, competitor's activity and pricing, and new product developments of their respective accounts
  • Coordinates with the different departments to align efforts with overall company goals and directions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Marketing (but not required)
  • Good understanding of the Natural Stone industry is an advantage
  • Existing network in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Above average presentation skills
  • At least three (3) years' sales experience in the construction and building materials industry
  • Organized, problem solver, and team player
  • Must be honest, hard worker, customer oriented and have good communication skills
  • Independent and can work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable in various MS Office applications and letter compositions
  • Makati based and willing to do client calls and fieldwork including domestic travel
