About the Role

Join AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies, Inc. as our SALES EXECUTIVE based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our business as well as motivating our sales team to achieve our revenue targets and provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects, creating customized sales presentations and proposals.
  • Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to identify new business opportunities, adjust strategies accordingly, and ensure growth in target markets and profitability.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our business portfolio to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive decisions.
  • Implement and maintain sales processes and systems to drive efficiency.
  • Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and using CRM systems
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
