As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner with hiring teams to identify high-performing professionals, manage talent pipelines, and deliver top-tier candidate experiences for Australian-based roles. Your insights and sourcing expertise will directly impact hiring success across multiple business divisions.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Strong Australian recruitment and sourcing experience is a must - minimum of 3-5 years managing end-to-end and volume hiring for Australian clients or shared service centers
• Proven success in onshore AU recruitment across construction, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top Australian talent, including passive candidates, through creative sourcing strategies
• Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search
• Proven ability to handle recruitment administration and coordination tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with Australian candidates and stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ATS systems (JobAdder, Bullhorn, or similar)
• Can start immediately and work onsite at our Mandaluyong office
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time

Your Daily Tasks

• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs
• Screen and engage with potential candidates to assess skills and experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
