As an
AU Offshore Sourcing Specialist,
you'll partner with recruiters to understand requirements, source and screen candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline. You will engage with professionals globally, manage ATS data, and provide exceptional candidate experiences to support international hiring needs.

Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 65,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• Strong Australian recruitment and sourcing experience is a must
• Minimum of 3-5 years managing end-to-end and volume hiring for Australian clients or shared service centers
• Proven success in
  AU recruitment across construction, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Experience in using
  SEEK Australia
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and social sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Expertise in MS applications (Excel, MS Word) is strongly preferred
• Can start ASAP and work onsite in Ortigas

Your Daily Tasks

• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs
• Screen and engage with potential candidates to assess skills and experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
