The role
You'll run full-cycle recruitment for priority roles (Australia): from intake and sourcing to offers and onboarding. You'll build proactive talent pipelines for Trainers/Assessors, Compliance & Quality, Instructional Designers, Operations, and specialist outsourcing roles—partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver fast, high-quality outcomes.
Alongside recruitment, you'll support core HR processes—onboarding, employee records, HR documentation and people-related admin—to help create a smooth and consistent employee experience.
What you'll do
Talent Acquisition
- Take detailed role briefs; advise hiring managers on market, profiles, and process
- Source top talent (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, referrals, communities) and run structured screening
- Manage ATS pipelines, shortlists, interview scheduling, and candidate experience
- Run competency-based interviews and coordinate skills tasks/reference checks
- Maintain talent pools for repeat, hard-to-fill roles; drive employer branding and campaigns
- Track recruitment metrics; iterate process for speed, quality, and fairness
- Own compliant offers and smooth handovers to onboarding/HR
HR & People Support
- Coordinate onboarding: contracts, pre-employment checks, welcome comms, induction schedules
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS/HR spreadsheets (contracts, changes, exits)
- Prepare standard HR documentation (letters, variation letters, confirmations, etc.)
- Support managers with HR processes (probation reviews, performance cycles, policy communication)
- Help drive engagement activities and internal communications with our AU and PH teams
- Escalate complex HR/ER matters to senior HR/leadership as needed
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency); AU and/or PH markets
- Strength in sourcing scarce talent and running structured, competency-based assessments
- Confident stakeholder management and clear, timely communication
- Hands-on ATS/CRM experience; data-driven with strong follow-through
- Experience supporting HR operations (onboarding, employee records, HR admin) or a strong interest in growing into a broader HR role
- Bonus: experience hiring in education, outsourced teams, or compliance roles
