Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport.
  • Sourcing & mapping candidates from different job site platform
  • Arranging interviews to the candidate
  • Discussing job offer package to the candidate
  • In charge for onboarding
  • Provide career advice.
  • Identify & develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional consultation to both clients and jobseekers.
  • Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • We welcome Fresh Graduates of any course but is sincere and keen to work in recruitment Industry.
  • Being a breadwinner and extrovert is a plus
  • Hardworking and able to blend in GenZ environment
  • Knowledge in sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing or any recruitment platform is a plus.
  • Results-driven and self-disciplined with an achiever mindset
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Persuasive, Resilient, Driven and willing to take on new challenges and growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
