About the role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking a talented Call Center Agent to join their growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base. This dynamic role offers a competitive salary of up to 38,000 PHP and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, customer-centric organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards
  7. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
