About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at CEBU NEW WAVE RECRUITMENT, INC.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel industry. This is a full-time, virtual position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance
  2. Handling a variety of customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, and general information
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  7. Continuously seeking ways to improve personal and team performance
