About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat channels in a friendly and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Continuously update your product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
