About the role

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic call centre agents to join our dynamic team at ORIENT HOPE AGENCIES INC. (FOR. SEA HORSE MANNING) in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time call centre agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  3. Provide product and service information to customers
  4. Assist customers with navigating our systems and processes
  5. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  7. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
