About the role

We are looking for a talented Call Center Agent - Airline Account to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our airline clients and their passengers. Based in our Pasig City office, you will be the face of our company, ensuring seamless interactions and delivering exceptional experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from airline customers and passengers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues efficiently
  2. Provide accurate information about flight schedules, booking details, and airline policies
  3. Process ticket modifications, refunds, and other customer requests in a timely manner
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional airline services
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  2. Strong communication and active listening abilities, with the ability to quickly understand and address customer needs
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  4. Familiarity with airline industry terminology and procedures, or a willingness to learn
  5. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain composed under pressure
  7. Flexible schedule, as this role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
