JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for undergraduates
With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible
Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer questions from clients and provide assistance.
Make sure the matter is resolved completely.
Address consumer grievances, identify underlying issues, and provide suitable
solutions.
Maintain thorough records of all conversations, transactions, and inquiries from
customers.
Additional responsibilities might occasionally be given.
