JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open for undergraduates

With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service

With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is an advantage

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt, courteous answers to inquiries from

customers by phone, email, chat, or in person.

Describe the qualities, advantages, and application of the product or service to clients.

Resolve Complaints: Be polite when handling and resolving client complaints or

concerns.

Handle Transactions and Orders: Help with payments, exchanges, refunds, and order

placing.

Updating and managing client data in databases or CRM systems is part of

maintaining customer records.
