Customer Service Specialist
will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring seamless and satisfying experiences for EV drivers and partners. They will handle inquiries, troubleshoot charging issues, and provide expert guidance on our products and services, helping to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy.


• Troubleshoot issues related to charging sessions, payment processing, app functionality, and hardware performance.


• Guide users through station locations, usage instructions, and account setup.


• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely follow-up.


• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and product development.


• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, property managers, and other stakeholders.
• Educate customers on EV charging best practices, safety protocols, and sustainability benefits.

Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree or High School Graduate.


• With 5-7 years of customer service experience preferably in the EV, automotive, tech support, or energy sectors.


• Familiarity with EV charging platforms, mobile apps, and network operations.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Can start immediately.
