Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing the company's e-commerce operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across online and retail channels. This role combines customer service excellence with e-commerce management to drive sales growth, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management:

Manage, maintain, and update the Shopify e-commerce platform to ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience that maximizes sales potential.

  • Retail and Corporate Customer Handling:

Address customer inquiries, provide personalized solutions, and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Customer Service Operations:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain a positive brand image.

  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings, implementing improvements to enhance the shopping experience.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze web analytics, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to boost engagement and sales.

  • Performance Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Shopify Optimization:

Utilize Shopify tools for marketing promotions, sales tracking, and customer engagement to support business growth.

  • Customer Experience Enhancement:

Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

Drive website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance through effective online and offline initiatives.

  • Profitability Management:

Support the achievement of revenue and profitability goals by optimizing e-commerce operations and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and Shopify platform management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Shopify: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
