Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field with a strong background in volume recruitment.

With extensive experience in the end-to-end Recruitment process is encouraged to apply.

Knowledgeable in using online recruitment websites such as Indeed, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, or any related sourcing channels.

Attends and communicates to Local Government units and DOLE, related to sourcing and job vacancies.

Designs, Executes, and implements overall recruiting strategy in assigned area.

Conducts In-depth interviewing up to deployment process; Facilitate Employee orientation, development, and training.

Assists in the design, development, and delivery of the strategic and operation of the HR services in the project.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

With strong leadership skills; People-oriented; Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Uphold a moral standard of conduct, both in professional as well as personal.

Willing to do fieldwork as needed and required.
