HR Recruitment Associate

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle— including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding— to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates for all assigned positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other effective recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and create shortlists of qualified applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitate required assessments or examinations.
- Manage the job offer process, including salary negotiations, background checks, and completion of all pre-employment requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts, collect onboarding documents, and assist in the execution of new hire orientation activities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensure adherence to HR and company policies, and contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 6months to 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
