Administrative Staff

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of relevant administrative experience (preferred)
- Knowledgeable in documentation and clerical processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to perform occasional errands outside company premises
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Maintenance Requests – Encode and monitor requests in the system (Acumatica) on a daily basis.
- Handle Documentation Tasks – Photocopying, scanning, disseminating memos, and assisting in FDA CPR renewals and PCA export permit processing.
- Prepare Payment Requests – For utility and communication bills (Meralco, PLDT, Load Allowance, Globe, Converge, Water District, Cignal, etc.).
- Pest Control Coordination – Create planning and scheduling for pest control activities.
- Assist Visitors – Coordinate food and snack orders and ensure proper assistance during visits.
- Perform Office Errands – Run occasional errands outside company premises when required.
- Perform Other Administrative Tasks – Provide support to the Admin Department for other related duties as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Acumatica System (advantage but not required)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
