Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of relevant administrative experience (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in documentation and clerical processes
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to perform occasional errands outside company premises

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Maintenance Requests – Encode and monitor requests in the system (Acumatica) on a daily basis.
  • Handle Documentation Tasks – Photocopying, scanning, disseminating memos, and assisting in FDA CPR renewals and PCA export permit processing.
  • Prepare Payment Requests – For utility and communication bills (Meralco, PLDT, Load Allowance, Globe, Converge, Water District, Cignal, etc.).
  • Pest Control Coordination – Create planning and scheduling for pest control activities.
  • Assist Visitors – Coordinate food and snack orders and ensure proper assistance during visits.
  • Perform Office Errands – Run occasional errands outside company premises when required.
  • Perform Other Administrative Tasks – Provide support to the Admin Department for other related duties as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Acumatica System (advantage but not required)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
