About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team at Kaiser Medical Center in San Pablo City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, while also contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care and service
  3. Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient flow, ensure timely access to care, and optimise clinic efficiency
  4. Manage the clinic's financial performance, including revenue and expense tracking, and make recommendations for improvement
  5. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical and administrative staff
  6. Serve as a liaison between the clinic, patients, and other healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of the clinic's strategic plan and growth initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management or administrative role, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
  2. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry best practices
  3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  4. Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  6. Proficient in the use of healthcare-related software and information systems
  7. A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
