About the role

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a healthcare management or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a healthcare clinic or similar facility
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
