Job Summary:

The Paralegal Researcher will assist the Legal Department in conducting research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal and factual research to support ongoing cases and corporate matters
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondences
  • Assist in filing and monitoring of government regulatory requirements
  • Maintain legal databases and ensure proper documentation and safekeeping
  • Prepare summaries, case digests, and reports as required
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, Criminology, or related field
  • Preferably with Paralegal Certification or equivalent legal training
  • With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in legal research or documentation
  • Strong understanding of Philippine laws and legal procedures
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experienced as member of Student Council or as SK

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
