Employment Type: Project-Based (Minimum of 3 months, may extend depending on performance and project needs)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program under the Industrial Clinic.
  • Conduct initial patient interviews, vital signs monitoring, and basic health assessments for employees and walk-in industrial clients.
  • Provide health education and orientation to employees and patients regarding preventive care, wellness programs, and YAKAP program benefits.
  • Assist in record-keeping, data encoding, and preparation of reports related to program activities, patient encounters, and industrial health services.
  • Coordinate with industrial clients, employees, and healthcare teams to ensure smooth delivery of YAKAP services and other occupational health programs.
  • Support medical and administrative staff during health screenings, consultations, and company wellness activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with YAKAP Program guidelines and institutional standards.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors to support the Industrial Clinic and program operations.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably a Nursing graduate or underboard nurse.
  • Experience in a clinical, hospital, industrial, or occupational health setting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with primary healthcare programs, wellness initiatives, and occupational health processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and coordinate with external clients and partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
