About the role

Our Call Centre in Cebu City, Cebu is looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service, even if you don't have prior call centre experience. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing assistance with a wide range of queries
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns, and working to resolve them effectively
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and communicating suggestions for improvement
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
